Please join us for The St. Raymond School 25th Annual Auction Black and White Ball. Our annual auction is the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and all proceeds go directly to St. Raymond School to benefit the students by funding our sports field, STEM, and facility upgrades.

The Auction will take place on Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Shannon Community Center, 11600 Shannon Ave, Dublin, CA 94568.

Your auction ticket includes passed Hors d'oeuvres and a plated dinner catered by The Grille at Blackhawk, an open bar with Cocktails, Beer, Wine and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, two bottles of McGrail Wine at each dinner table, Silent Auction, Live Auction and Dancing.

6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Passed Hors d'oeuvres, Cocktails, and Silent Auction
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Plated Dinner, Dessert Dash, and Live Auction
9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - Dancing

Entrees
8oz Wagyu Beef steak
Half slow roasted chicken
Cedar plank salmon served with a jalapeno apricot glaze
Vegetarian beyond pasta. Each entree served with a traditional caesar salad, house made croutons and finished with fresh parmesan cheese.

You will be able to make an entree selection after you have purchased your auction ticket.

COVID Protocol
St. Raymond School is following the guidelines and protocols set by the CDC, Alameda County, and the Diocese of Oakland. To attend, all guests are required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. Please plan accordingly. If you currently have proof of vaccination on file with the school, nothing further is needed to attend. Updated communications regarding protocols will be provided a week prior to the event. If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
